Number of Years in the industry: 10
Why did you join WSCAI? Actually this is like a Homecoming. I was a member of WSCAI several years ago, then became involved in some other business adventures. I missed the community and especially the educational values of WSCAI and had to come back. I am now totally committed to Community Association Management and WSCAI. I am looking forward to affiliating with some of the various committees and helping WSCAI to increase membership. I believe that networking is a vital part of our industry.
What are your activities of interest? Community Association Management, bookkeeping, financial and landscape advisory services for Small Associations. Working with the Board and Individual Owners to assure that they have proper reserves and develop an ongoing preventative maintenance program.
What fun facts about yourself do you care to share with WSCAI members? My wife, Linda, and I are currently owned by two cats who give us permission to live in their home. We share our living space with them, and affectionately call them our children. I enjoy photography and we also have an affinity for camping and traveling—especially off the main highways and exploring the byways of the Pacific Northwest and the entire Western Coastline. There are great opportunities for nature photography. Together we have four grown children and eight grandchildren. We spend much of our spare time at youth sport activities and supporting their various endeavors.
