What makes your community a great place to live? Redmond Ridge successfully merges three distinct variables: nature, architecture, and people. Over half of the 1,000 acres that make up Redmond Ridge have been preserved as forest, trails and parks, allowing for endless recreation and educational opportunities for visitors. Following the lead of our National Parks, nature is evident in the design of community features and amenities. Using natural materials (many recycled from the land), Redmond Ridge streetscapes and amenities use rough dimensional lumber, native plants, nurse logs, stones and boulders. Homes at Redmond Ridge vary in size, elevation, and detail. The one commonality is that Redmond Ridge homes are built to enhance their neighborhoods and facilitate pedestrian traffic. The end vision of Redmond Ridge was to embrace this place that people call “home” with a real sense of pride.
What is special about your community? There are a number of things that make Redmond Ridge Special. We are proud of our diverse community. We have residents from all over the world, several who come here to work at local tech companies. Key
