Why did your company join WSCAI? We joined because we believe we have a unique product to offer the WSCAI membership with our reusable tenant screening product – which offers the ability for boards and owners to require residents who rent out their units to have access to comprehensive, reliable background screening of prospective renters.

How would you like to increase your involvement with WSCAI and its members? We are big believers in the power of education – if there is any way we can help educate membership through speaking opportunities or articles we would love to contribute!

What fun facts about yourself do you care to share with WSCAI members? Moco was the first company in the industry to launch a reusable tenant screening report. To date, there are only a few of companies that offer a report that allows applicants to use more than once. Moco’s MyScreeningReport.com® is the ONLY reusable tenant screening report, nationwide that fits the definition of a Comprehensive Reusable Tenant Screening Report – passed by WA State legislation in 2016.
