Why did your company join WSCAI? Because we are locally owned and founded here in Washington State, there is a lot of overlap between what we do and what WSCAI does to foster vibrant and prosperous communities.

How would you like to increase your involvement with WSCAI and its members? A quality banking partner can give you the ability to tackle a rehab or improvement project sooner than later. I would love to help create a financing option that is right for your association!

What fun facts about yourself do you care to share with WSCAI members? Love to travel. Love to eat. Love to spend time with family and friends—and combining all three is the best!

Company description: We are the only company that provides a semi- custom service that allows (condo) residents to share their reserved parking spots. This private service is strictly for residents, not the general public. Our challenge is that we provide a service that most people don’t know exists; even though we started years before the other public parking- sharing services started.

Why did your company join WSCAI? We had a very successful launch of SpotShare at Bellevue Towers, so I wanted to explore whether other buildings/neighborhoods in the area could benefit from SpotShare.

What fun facts about yourself do you care to share with WSCAI members? I am very active outdoors, including playing Ultimate, running races, backpacking and camping. The last time I was in Washington, I had a great trip hiking in the Olympic National Park, and around Mt. Rainier.

Why did your company join WSCAI? WSCAI works hard to educate current and potential condo owners and so do we. Joining forces will bring us one step closer to harmonious condo living and operations. As all condo managers know (and new condo owners quickly find out), condo living is a complicated animal of a different breed. While the condo real estate industry is mostly unregulated, we take the time to properly educate buyers and sellers about the industry as well as the specific Association for the transaction to be a benefit to the community rather than a burden.

How would you like to increase your involvement with WSCAI and its members? I am personally looking forward to serving WSCAI in any area where my experience and expertise can be of benefit, including functions, committees, and the Board of Directors.

What fun facts about yourself do you care to share with WSCAI members? I am an industry veteran and a former Association Manager. In my free time, I love to spend as much time outdoors as possible!

How would you like to increase your involvement with WSCAI’s and its members: I am very new at this organization and I must tell you it is perhaps the best organization I have seen. I am a member of few large ones. Your staff and the members are very kind, helpful and happy to meet you and help you if needed. So far they have welcomed me and my colleague Jessica Dinger as one of their friends, not a competitors and I love that and thank you all. As the time passes we will find our ways to be involved with anything that the organization will need, if it is consulting in Real Estate, answering any question that anyone has or teaching a class or volunteering for any events.

What fun facts about yourself do you care to share: I pay Table Tennis every Friday afternoon at 5:30 and most Saturdays at 9:00 AM at Bellevue Community Center at Crossroads. I invite anyone who is interested in this sport to join us and I will be happy to pay your entrance fee for the first time. There are many great players that play on that day, you would be amazed to see how well they play.
