Corbin Barrett is client services director at TXT2VOTE and has a background in Computer Science from Kennesaw State University. With TXT2VOTE Corbin has helped with Technology consulting along with helping develop the business. He has worked in the elections business with States and Counties around the country since 2017.
Timothy Feth, Esq., is an associate attorney at Rafel Law Group PLLC, which focuses on advising and representing Homeowner and Condominium Owner Associations. He earned his undergraduate degree in philosophy from Central Washington University summa cum laude, and his law degree from the University of Washington with honors. During law Challenge, and mediated cases in King County’s small claims court. He currently serves on WSCAI’s Market Expansion Committee.
Kristen Ledbetter, CMCA, AMS, is Senior Community Manager at Trestle Community Management where she leads Trestle’s Midrise, Highrise and Estate Practice. She has been in the community association industry for 11-years. Kristen has particular expertise with estate, mid-rise Assessments, and in dealing with insurance renewals and claims. She was named Community Manager of the Year in 2019 and nominated for Community Manager of the Year in 2016 and 2018 by the Community Community Associations® Specialist®

Brittany Mattox has been an employee of Agynbyte LLC for the past three years, and has worked in the association management industry for the past eight years most exclusively working with disclosure documents. In early 2019 Brittany became the founder and artistic director of Coalescence
Jeremy Newman, CPA, owner of Newman & Associates CPA, PC, brings a decade of experience providing audit and tax return services to the homeowners and condominium owners association industry. Annually, reviews in the Southwest. In May 2018 he purchased the Cagianut & Company, CPA practice, to continue providing outstanding audit and tax almost 900 Associations annually.
Jeremy Stilwell, Esq., includes construction defect claims, insurance claims, contract disputes, and association general counsel representation. He is an active member of the Washington State Chapter of Community Associations (WSCAI) and serves on the Membership Committee and is a Past President of WSCAI.
