majority of the office being older and ‘set in their ways,’ it has been a great achievement,” Pasby said. “While we still aren’t 100 percent paperless, the accounting department at Arnold Oil Properties is now much more efficient.” “The paperless environment has enabled us

to take on more work with the same amount of people,” Pasby said. “A report that would take two weeks because of hand keying everything into a spreadsheet now takes only three to four hours.” Pasby said, “Being paperless was a hard

transition, but now that it is complete, my job and my coworkers’ jobs are much easier and efficient.” John Mitchell, chief financial officer with

the community and the outreach of the United Way has given me a different view of Oklahoma City,” Pasby said. “I have grown as a leader within a sub-committee and am now a co-chair who leads meetings and meets with different agency executive directors to help them with their funding needs.” “In my experience with Jacob, he not only
