WELCOME Spring 2017

01

Welcome to the Spring Issue of Inspired Momentum!

K

nowing Your Why. Internally, over the past several

weeks, we have been discussing the idea of “knowing your why” among our production team, our sales team, and everyone in between. What does this mean? Everyone comes to work with a different set of circumstances or motivations that drive them, and discovering that about each other and ourselves can be very enlightening. This concept is not new in the “motivational” speaking world, but it is important for us all to pause and reflect on it every once in a while.

“When you know your why, your what has more impact because you’re walking in or towards your purpose.” — Michael Jr. (Seriously, this guy is great. You can check out his show “Break Time” on You Tube.)

As an organization, our goal in doing this was to give more meaning

and intention to “what we do” by defining “why we do it”. And the answer is simple. Everything we do as a company is for the benefit or betterment of the client and our employees. It is the question we ask ourselves before purchasing new equipment, taking on additional overhead, or launching a new service. And frankly, it is the reason we have chosen to deliver this magazine to you each quarter. We understand how challenging the marketing landscape can be, and we hope in a small way that you find a “what” to help you move toward your “why” contained in these pages.
