THE OUTDOOR BEAUTY CATEGORY FEATURED 24 ENTRIES. The category includes pictures of nature—of land, sea or sky—showcasing outdoor beauty. The winning entry is by Dr. Robert Levy, St. Louis. He took the image in Giverny, France, where famous impressionist painter Claude Monet lived for a while. These same gardens and ponds were the subject matter of many of his paintings. Dr. Levy offered this tip when shooting water, “Look for the reflections which intensify the color.” As for his photog- raphy bucket list, he says he’d like to visit the Canadian Rockies as well as re-visit Yellowstone National Park.
