CHAPTER RELEASES UPDATED COVID CODE OF
CONDUCT In the wake of the increased spread of COVID-19 due to the Delta variant, the Keystone Chapter’s Board of Directors adopted an updated Covid Code of Conduct pertaining to CAI events.
This policy was adopted by the Keystone Chapter Board of Directors on August 16, 2021 and will remain in effect until further notice.
By registering for any chapter event, all attendees agree that failure to comply with this Event Code of Conduct will result in your removal from the event, without refund, and potentially being banned from future Keystone CAI events as determined by the Keystone CAI Board of Directors.
BEFORE LEAVING HOME FOR THE EVENT
Follow relevant guidance provided by the World Health Organization (WHO), the CDC and state and local health authorities.
Adhere to government issued restrictions, if any, and guidance issued by the region you will be travelling to and the region you are travelling from.
Evaluate your own health and that of people you are in close contact with; contact the meeting/event organizers if you have concerns.
Stay home if you feel sick. ON-SITE DURING THE EVENT
Follow guidance from the local health authority, for everyday preventive actions to help prevent the spread of respiratory viruses including:
Agree to wear a mask or facial covering at indoor events. If you forget a mask, CAI will have a supply of masks available at the registration table for all indoor events.
Follow relevant guidance provided by the World Health Organization (WHO), the CDC and state and local health authorities.
Washing hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or an alcohol-based sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Avoiding touching eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
Covering your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing. Throw used tissues in the trash.
Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.
Agree to have your temperature taken before entering the meeting/event venue.
Adhere to social distance protocols and respect others’ personal space.
Seek First Aid at any time, if you feel unwell or are experiencing flu-like symptoms.

Our annual awards program recognizes those CAI members who have gone above and beyond, exhibited excellence, shown dedication to the communities or companies they represent, and embody CAI values while working to build better communities.
Keystone CAI will present the 2021 Excellence Awards at our Excellence Awards Gala, presented by PeopleFirst Property & Casualty, on December 1 at Blue Stone Country Club in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania.
Awards will be presented in the following categories:

Based on current contact tracing advice from many health authorities, if you test positive for COVID-19 up to 14 days after returning home, please contact the event organizers.
