Dynamic General Session Speakers Aaron Witt, the chief executive officer of the marketing, media and software company BuildWitt, kicked off 2023 CONSTRUCT’s opening session on October 10. As the self-proclaimed “chief dirt nerd” of BuildWitt who has built his company into a well-known brand in just a few years, Witt travels the globe visiting heavy construction and large mining projects and learning about industry issues including workforce challenges, which he discussed during his dynamic address. Tis opening session was followed by a NextGen cele-
bration that night spotlighting the important role the next generation of construction leaders are playing in helping
