From the Readers


Kids can make ya smile. Add animals to the picture, and there is really nothing better. On a particularly tough day, I asked for the readers to post pictures of kids and their Longhorns so that we could all smile….and you guys posted so many that I couldn’t include them all in one issue. So don’t worry, if you don’t see your picture here, it will be included in the December issue. Tank you so much for everyone who participated. Te pictures are great, and I know our readers love them. Jesse Walburn shared this picture of Liberty. She has all of the animals on the ranch under her control, and it’s about the cutest thing ever. In the right photo, she shows how fearless she is.


Kimberly McClure Long shared this great picture of Garrett and Macie Long getting ready to show their cattle.


We all know Chase Vasut is proud of his niece, Kyler Guillory….but it makes him prouder that she is growing up to love Longhorns too.
