CAI Illinois continues to be an award-winning chapter and received two National Achievement Awards for programs during 2024. The Chapter was recognized for:


• Annual Partner Flexibility submission in the Chapter Operations & Sustainability category


- This submission described our efforts to provide more flexibility in advertising selections for annual partners and for offering options to our Management Company members.


• Excellence Award for Overall Excellence - This award was given for achieving excellence in Chapter Operations & Sustainability (82.33%), Out of the Box (78%), Public Affairs (91%) and Membership Engagement (93.33%)


These achievements were recognized at the National Conference in Orlando on May 9, 2025. CAI should be collectively proud of our chapter achievements as we all work together to promote excellence in community associations.
