AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Accuracy of all information expressed in the catalogue page(s) is the sole responsibility of the consignor. Con- signor shall have full responsibility to examine the cata- logue page(s) on any & all mules consigned by him/her & prior to the sale of said mule(s) shall report any inac- curacies of said mule (s) in the sale ring for announce- ments to be made prior to the sale of the mule(s).
Private Sales: Absolutely no private sales allowed be- fore the
auction.Consignors have entered into a binding contract with each mule consigned and mules must be sold at auction with Clark Management Company. By selling mules prior to the sale it is unfair to the buyers who have traveled to the sale to purchase mules con- signed.
Sales: Each mule will be sold to the highest bidder. The auctioneer will decide any disputes that may arise & his
Buyer Numbers: Driver’s License Required to obtain Buyer Number.
Payment Day of Sale: Cash, Cashier’s Check or Per- sonal Check with Bank Letter of Guarantee appreciated. By making payment using a Credit Card, the transaction will waive any and all refunds.
Ownership: When a mule is sold, the buyer shall sign the Acknowledgement of Purchase immediately follow- ing the purchase at auction. Title passes when the ham- mer falls & the buyer will acknowledge his purchase by signing the Sales Receipt. When title passes, the buyer will be responsible for proper feed & care of the animal. The buyer will be responsible to pick up the mule by June 23, 2026, at 4 p.m. or a daily stall fee & feed fee $20 per day will be due.
Guarantees: Each consignor will be totally responsible for guarantees they make on their animal(s). Absolutely no guarantee or warranty will be expressed or implied by the auctioneer(s), ring men or Clark Management
the animal is being sold. These guarantees are recorded and will be used as reference for any disagreements. All guarantees are between the Buyers and Sellers.
SOUNDNESS does NOT guarantee a VET CHECK. If the buyer wishes to have a prepurchased vet check, it must be puechased prior to the Auction at the buyers expense. Please contact the consignor and make ar- rangements with a vet near the consigor OR with a vet in Cody or Powell. The Prepurchase vet check does not imply or present any guarantee for the soundness of any mule sold in this auction It is the full responsibility of the buyer to have his hired vet clarify the mule’s sound- ness to the buyers satisfaction and shall not make nor imply that Clark Management Company, Inc, their heirs or owners, are liable or responsible for any vet check

completed on any mule in this auction. Each Mule sold at the Jake Clark’s MULE DAYS is required to be guaranteed sound by the consignor as follows:
1)sight out of both eyes 2)will be correct in the air 3)will not crib
4)will beat on all 4 feet soundly.
If a mule is not considered sound, by the above stan- dards as set by this auction company, the buyer has until noon on June 23, 2026, to have T.J. Clark inspect the
soundness of the mule by the 4 standards as descibed
above. If the mule is considered unsound, the buyer will be returned his purchase price, less fees. The seller of any unsound mule will not be paid for the mule & will be responsible for any fees in conjunction with the sale fees.
Buyers must do their homework to make sure the mule they buy is the one they consider sound and the one they want to buy! When the Bid is accepted by the auctioneer, the bid for that mule is considered accepted whether the bidding is in person, by phone or by the internet. Incorrect bids is the sole respon- sibility of the buyer.
Releases: No mules are to be removed from the prem- ises until paid in full & sales receipt received.
OBTAIN REQUIRED FORMS: 1: Brand Inspector 2: A Veterinarian Required: Health Papers on mules going out of state.
3: Trucker or transporter must have possession of sales receipt to remove animals from the area.

Registered Papers: Clark Management Company will provide registration papers and transfer to buyer at time of payment. If for some reason the registration papers were guaranteed but not available, consignors payment will be withheld until the papers are produced and guar- antee of delivery to the buyer.
Liability: Buyers, sellers & spectators are cautioned to exercise care while attending the events and/or sale & enter the premises at their own risk. The Jake Clark’s MULE DAYS, Clark Management Company, its agents & associates, shall not be liable for injuries sustained by anyone or any animal, attending or involved during any riding or activities during Jake Clark’s MULE DAYS.
This Sale is conducted by Clark Management Company, Inc., bonded & licensed with the Wyoming State Live- stock Board.
