James & Sons is the only jeweler in Chicagoland offering this much service for free & in writing! All you need to do is have us refinish your ring, free of charge, once a year. After that, we’ve got you covered.


THE J&S DIAMOND RING WARRANTY covers your diamond engagement ring & wedding bands for the following services:


 Bi-annual professional polishing & refinishing  Unlimited professional steam cleaning  Lifetime sizing


Accent Diamond Replacement: we will replace any diamond weighing up to .50ct that is chipped, damaged or is lost from your ring


Repairs: includes prongs, tips, channels & any work needed on your mounting


 Bi-annual rhodium plating  Stone tightening  Lifetime appraisal updates upon request


The J&S Diamond Ring Warranty is provided to you free of charge on all regularly priced diamond rings & wedding bands. Clearance, promotional & discounted rings do not apply.


The only things we can’t cover for you are the loss, theft or irreparable damage of your rings &/or your center diamond. For that, you’ll need insurance.
