Sheila Noll


Sheila Noll serves as Executive Vice President/Chief Operations Officer of Midwest Independent BankersBank (MIB). As a member of the Executive Management Committee, she participates in providing organizational leadership, direction and guidance related to community bank servicing across the Midwest.


Sheila began employment with


MIB in September 1995 as a cash management specialist. In August 1997, she transitioned to the loan department as a credit analyst and then returned to the operations department as the operations manager in June 1998. She has worked in various managerial positions within bank operations since that time.


She provides a wealth of knowledge in bank operations through current and past participation in a number of banking-related committees outside of MIB, such as: Chairperson of the Graduate School of Banking in Colorado Alumni Advisory Board, GSBC Board of Trustees Member, Faster Payments Task Force member with the Federal Reserve Bank, The Faster Payments Council, RTP Advisory member, FedNow Community member, the ICBA Operations & Payments Committee, the Bankers’ Bank Operations Council and the ABA Correspondent Bank Work Group.


Debbie Meyer


Debbie Meyer began employment in the credit card department at MIB as a relationship manager. She transferred to the loan department in 2003. In her current position, she is responsible for ensuring loan files are complete and accurate. Debbie monitors all loan documents including documents that will require continuing


updates and ensures that the loan files are complete and up-to-date. She also assists with the timely reporting of monthly loan reports and reports associated with the loan department as required by bank auditors and regulators. Her position is the frontline for all incoming loan calls and emails to the department in general.
