Tai and Randy began skating together when they were just 8 and 10 years old respect- ively. Under the direc- tion of legendary coach John Nicks, the pair became two-time Olympians and five-

time U.S. champions. They won the 1979 World Championships, establishing themselves as the first American pair to win gold in 29 years. Following their withdrawal from the 1980 Olympics (due to injury), they headlined with Ice Capades, Tour of Champions and other performing companies. The lifelong friends continue to collaborate on various projects.
