Alice Nguyen Joins McCarthy’s Northern Pacific Division


Alice Nguyen has joined McCarthy


Building Companies, Inc. as Estimating Director for its Northern Pacific Division. Working out of its San Francisco office, Nguyen will


lead the estimating team,


bringing 25 years of experience working in design and construction cost planning and management. She previously served as Vice President at AECOM. “Alice brings a deep history and in-


dustry knowledge of providing favorable, reliable, and effective cost and scheduling outcomes for a wide variety of projects, including large-scale commercial, infra- structure, education, and healthcare struc- tures – the types of high-performance projects in which we excel as a builder,” said George Speights, McCarthy’s North- ern Pacific Division Vice President of pre- construction services. Previous to AECOM, she was Principal at Davis Langdon, an in- ternational cost and project management consultant. In this role, Nguyen worked with owners on establishing and manag- ing budgets for complex healthcare, re- search laboratories, and higher education facilities in Northern California.
