Private Sales: Absolutely no private sales allowed before the auction. Consignors have entered into a binding contract with each horse consigned & horses must be sold at auction with Clark Management Company, Inc. By selling horses prior to the sale it is unfair to the buyers who have traveled to the sale to purchase horses consigned.
