Company mission statement: As a multidisciplinary consulting firm we efficiently provide our clients with objective, technically accurate, and scientifically supportable solutions for their important science, engineering, and business problems.

Areas of expertise: Forensic Engineering and Failure Analysis of building systems and components including plumbing, siding, glazing, concrete, boilers, etc. Building environmental assessment and investigations related to mold, toxic materials contamination, fire/smoke damage, sick building allegations. Since our founding we have steadily been involved with insurance and litigation matters affecting communities, working directly with communities as well as for their insurers and legal counsel.

Why did your company join WSCAI? We seek to make communities aware of our service offerings and recently learned of the benefits of WSCAI after hiring a professional with experience in community management.

How would you like to increase your involvement with WSCAI and its members? In addition to economically addressing failures and losses as they occur, we can provide guidance to community boards and managers on building issues that if properly addressed can potentially avoid future exposure.
