System Board of Trustees. Concurrently, he was renamed chairman of the Investment Committee for the Oklahoma Teachers Retirement System. A former OSCPA Ada Chapter president and a member for 28 years, Gaddis is the 2013 OSCPA Outstanding Member in Financial Planning. Alan Holloway, CPA, LLM,
