Achievements Around the State

Jon Arnold was promoted to risk management officer at Branson Bank. He oversees the daily functions of the credit department and focuses on mitigating commercial loan risk and enterprise risk management, including loan underwriting and loan review, loan policy enforcement, monitoring concentrations and stress testing. He helped spearhead the bank’s internal processes for the Small Business Administration’s Paycheck Protection Program and its forgiveness applications when the COVID-19 pandemic began.

Jon Arnold Joe Armour 

1st Advantage Bank in St. Peters promoted Joe Armour to executive vice president and chief credit officer. As the bank’s senior vice president/senior lender for the last 10 years, Armour helped grow and shape the bank’s lending portfolio and process. Tis new role allows him to focus more on strategic issues while maintaining the bank’s overall credit culture. Jeff Gilbert was named senior vice president/senior lender. As a key member of the bank’s staff, Gilbert develops new business relationships and maintains existing relationships while overseeing the lending/support staff and daily lending functions. He also is involved in future strategic planning for the bank.

Guaranty Bank in  promoted Lucas Jenkins to IT applications manager. He joined the bank in 2014 as a network/ systems analyst and was promoted to systems engineer in 2016. Jenkins has more than 10 years of information technology experience.

Heidi Miget has joined Midwest BankCentre in St. Louis as senior vice president of marketing. She is responsible for the planning, development, implementation and management of digital marketing efforts for three distinct brands within Midwest BankCentre, including the bank, its national online digital bank and its newly launched Rising Analytics, which helps small and mid-sized businesses strategically apply the power of big data to drive innovation and accelerate growth.

Heidi Miget Stephen Bishop

Old Missouri Bank in  named Stephen Bishop as its executive vice president, chief operations officer. Bishop brings more than 20 years of industry experience with him, along with 13 years of substantial leadership with team building, coaching and development at the forefront of his roles. He has spent time, both on a

national and global scale, with Citi and AT&T. For the last seven years, Bishop was director of client services for Jack Henry.

Ozark Bank welcomed Tyrell Molleck as senior vice president of lending. Molleck began his banking career 13 years ago and brings experience in operational management; credit analysis; and agricultural, mortgage and commercial lending. He is responsible for loan portfolio management and building customer relationships.
