owner what they must do to solve their neighbors’ annoyance. This step is usually done in writing and should be documented and supported with facts to justify the demanded corrections. You have stopped asking for compliance and are now telling someone to comply. Most second warning letters or notices of violation are Demands.


ULTIMATUM


The difference between a demand and an ultimatum is the
