Management philosophy: The management philosophy at AMI is participative. That is, input and consultation from all employees, associations, contractors, vendors, agencies and others is considered essential and an important part of decision making. Also, a business code of conduct and ethics guide the actions of all employees. This code includes three guiding principles:

Teamwork – In business, we work together in various groups. We join with others in our work on a regular and sustained basis. We encourage others to join us and share ideas and experience. We share information openly. We keep team members informed. We conduct brief and focused meetings.

Fair Play – We treat everyone the same. We do not do special favors or make conflicting deals. Agreements are in writing and we do not enter into verbal contracts. We do not ask or offer to share revenue with vendors, suppliers or client associations.

Open Mindedness – We seek change. We search for ways to improve. Our minds are open to new ideas and suggestions. We seek feedback. We measure performance. We report regularly.
