It is a new year and a better you! Many of us (myself included) set resolutions at the beginning of each year to live a healthier lifestyle. Living in an association that provides exercise amenities and/or provides the ease of doing so.
It is important for associations to follow some simple guidelines with respect to managing their risk and insuring the safety of their members: Post the rules for use of the exercise facilities in a conspicuous location
Inspect and maintain the facilities on a regular basis
Require owners to sign-in regularly to monitor the use of the premises
