Awards Gala Congratulations,
WSCAI 2016 Award Recipients!
Friday, November 4th at the top of the Columbia Tower in downtown Seattle, many WSCAI members came together to celebrate those who have gone above and beyond to benefit our Chapter, the Institute, and our many constituents. The award process helps bring to light all of the positive things being done by those in our midst who are making a difference in the lives of so many people. All of our nominees demonstrated many admirable qualities.
Ferdinand Boyce Homeowner / Board Member Award has served on the Royal Crest Condominium Board of Directors for nearly ten years. He has been an active participant in many positive changes and improvements at Royal Crest. He has been an avid supporter of WSCAI and through this continued education brought a fresh outlook to the Board as well as the community as a whole. He is passionate about WSCAI and is an active member and an Ambassador.
Beth Zollars, CMCA, AMS, PCAM Community Association Manager Award has worked in the industry for 16 years. She has been with Morris Management, Inc., AAMC for 14 of those years. She is dedicated to the communities that she manages. She promptly addresses matters with a smile and is a joy to work with.
