Treasurer Morgan Buscher, PCAM The Management Trust - CDC


Morgan has been working in the community association industry since 1992. In her role as VP of Operations for The Management Trust - CDC, she oversees the operations of all office locations (Kirkland, Tacoma and Mt. Vernon). Morgan earned the PCAM designation through CAI in 2000 recognizing her as one of the elite professionals in this industry. She has been a very active volunteer for WSCAI, serving on several chapter committees—including being the Chairperson of the largest event of the year, CA Day from 2000 to 2008. Over the years, The Washington Chapter has recognized Morgan for her exceptional volunteerism—in 2000 she was named “Volunteer of the Year” and has been identified as an “Outstanding Volunteer” for several years. Morgan has also served as the Regional Proctor for NBC-CAM’s CMCA Exam since 2000.

Lisa is the Business Development Manager for Superior Cleaning and Restoration. She has spent 13 years in the related industry and brings a passion for building relationships through networking and resource sharing. Lisa is a


2000 graduate of the University of Puget Sound where she earned her BA in Business Leadership. Lisa is actively involved in both the Business Partner’s and Community Outreach committees where she is devoted to making significant contributions to both strengthen WSCAI and to help people of greatest need in the area. Lisa and her husband, Damon, live in a single family HOA in East Bellevue (Tam O’Shanter) with their two children, Carson (age 7) and Kendall (age 4 1/2) and trusty yellow lab, Kona. Lisa is an avid reader of historical fiction, swims in a master’s program and enjoys family recreation time in the mountains.


Jeremy Stillwell Barker Martin, P.S.


Jeremy is a partner at Barker Martin, P.S., a law firm that serves condominium and homeowner associations in litigation, collection and general counsel matters throughout the Pacific Northwest. Jeremy’s practice includes construction defect claims, insurance claims,


contract disputes, and association general counsel representation. He is an active member of the Washington State Chapter of Community Associations (WSCAI), serving on the board of directors and as a co-chair of the CAI Legislative Action Committee. A frequent speaker and article contributor, Jeremy is passionate about the educational aspects of CAI. He is also a member of the Oregon Chapter of CAI and Oregon Washington Community Association Managers (OWCAM). Outside of the office, Jeremy enjoys fly fishing, kayaking, and cheering for his daughters on the soccer field.


Sergey A. Petrov, PCAM Yalnes, Inc.


2014 will mark Sergey’s 14th year as a Community Association Manager. A strong proponent of continuing education, Sergey holds Bachelors Degrees from the University of Alaska in Business

Management Information Systems.


Sergey remains an active participant with Community Associations Institute and is looking forward to serving Chapter’s members during the remainder of his term on the Board of Directors.


In his spare time, Sergey and his daughter Yana enjoy playgrounds, parks, and the other great outdoor activities Washington has to offer.

Jina has served three years on the board at Williamsburg Condominium Association and is their current President. After 18 years in the health insurance industry, she transitioned into Real Estate and provides consulting and project management services to Jina is excited about serving


on the Board of WSCAI and looks forward to supporting and increasing membership, as well as spreading the word to other communities about the numerous educational opportunities the association has to offer.
