And this is true of a number of our corporate partners. Those who recognize the importance of what our members do, the work the association does to help them do it, and the big helping hand corporate partners can lend in the process, really make the difference. But there’s truth in the saying that “many hands make light work.” With over 70 corporate partners, each with their own area of expertise, the WSCA welcomes their participation in advancing its policymaking goals. Whether it’s lobbying during session, meeting with your legislators, talking with colleagues about issues that impact healthcare availability, or simply encouraging your customers, clients, or patients to do the same, there’s something that every corporate partner can do to build the profession that supports their business.

Of course, the best opportunity to build those relationships with DCs and learn firsthand what issues are most important to the profession, and in what specific ways they would like you to help, is to attend the annual conference and tradeshow. Richard Adler, a perennial fixture of WSCA conferences whose firm will be hosting the awards luncheon on Saturday, October 28, had some advice for all the other corporate partners in attendance— “These conferences are your best chance to see all sides of the profession. Learn. Engage. Connect...and drink more wine.”

The conference will see between 250 and 300 attendees with over ten hours of dedicated exhibitor time and CE-integrated tradeshow, so there will be lots of time to meet with everyone.

Whether it’s lobbying during session, meeting with your legislators, talking with colleagues about issues that impact healthcare availability, or simply encouraging your customers, clients, or patients to do the same,

there’s something that every corporate partner can do to build the profession that supports their business.
