recently appointed to serve on AICPA committees. Henry Bickerstaff, CPA, will serve


as a Designated Council Representative. Bickerstaff, a member for 41 years, is the current OSCPA Chairman of the Board and serves on the OSCPA’s Financial Literacy Committee. Gary C. Crouch, CPA, CITP, CGMA, the president and CEO


of CS3 Technology in Tulsa, will serve on CITP Exam Task Force, CIPT Champion Program and CITP Credential Committee. Crouch, a member for 35 years, has served on the OSCPA’s Small Firm Practitioners, Technology and Consulting Services Committees. Chris Lopp, CPA, ABV, CGMA, CFE, CEIV, the managing director of Financial Forensics & Investigations in


Broken Arrow, will serve on the ABV Credential Committee. Lopp, a member for 22 years, has served as chair of the OSCPA’s Business Valuation/Forensic & Litigation Support Committee since 2017. Pat Milligan, CPA, PFS, CGMA, a tax partner

Pembrook, a member for 10 years, is a 2016 OSCPA Trailblazer and has served on the Governmental Accounting & Auditing Committee since 2011. Ray Spencer, CPA, a tax manager with Stanfield + O’Dell


in Tulsa, will serve on the Regulation Subcommittee. Spencer, a member for five years, is a 2017 OSCPA Trailblazer. She is a past president of the OSCPA Tulsa Chapter and is currently an OSCPA Director-at- Large and board liaison for the OSCPA’s Accounting Careers and Liaisons with Educational Institutions Committee. Wendy Tompson, CPA, CGMA, a transportation


accounting manager for Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores in Oklahoma City, will serve on the Student Recruitment Committee. Tompson, a member for six years, is a 2016 OSCPA Trailblazer and is currently serving on the Accounting Careers Committee. Jimmy J. Williams, CPA, PFS, CFP, the founder and


president of Compass Capital Management in McAlester, will serve on the National Accreditation Commission. Williams is a past chairman of the OSCPA and a 2007 inductee in the Oklahoma Accounting Hall of Fame. He is the 2008 Public Service Award recipient and the 2016 Outstanding Member in Financial Planning Award recipient.
