Eight OSCPA members were
recently appointed to serve on AICPA committees. Henry Bickerstaff, CPA, will serve
as a Designated Council Representative. Bickerstaff, a member for 41 years, is the current OSCPA Chairman of the Board and serves on the OSCPA’s Financial Literacy Committee. Gary C. Crouch, CPA, CITP, CGMA, the president and CEO
of CS3 Technology in Tulsa, will serve on CITP Exam Task Force, CIPT Champion Program and CITP Credential Committee. Crouch, a member for 35 years, has served on the OSCPA’s Small Firm Practitioners, Technology and Consulting Services Committees. Chris Lopp, CPA, ABV, CGMA, CFE, CEIV, the managing director of Financial Forensics & Investigations in
Broken Arrow, will serve on the ABV Credential Committee. Lopp, a member for 22 years, has served as chair of the OSCPA’s Business Valuation/Forensic & Litigation Support Committee since 2017. Pat Milligan, CPA, PFS, CGMA, a tax partner
with HoganTaylor LLP in Tulsa, a 100% VIP company, will serve on the Council –

Elected Members. Milligan, a member for 38 years, is a 2009 Oklahoma Accounting Hall of Fame inductee and a past chairman of the OSCPA. Chris Pembrook, CPA, CGAP, Cr.FA, a shareholder with
Crawford & Associates in Oklahoma City, a 100% VIP company, will serve on the State & Local Government Expert Panel. Pembrook, a member for 10 years, is a 2016 OSCPA Trailblazer and has served on the Governmental Accounting & Auditing Committee since 2011. Ray Spencer, CPA, a tax manager with Stanfield + O’Dell
in Tulsa, will serve on the Regulation Subcommittee. Spencer, a member for five years, is a 2017 OSCPA Trailblazer. She is a past president of the OSCPA Tulsa Chapter and is currently an OSCPA Director-at- Large and board liaison for the OSCPA’s Accounting Careers and Liaisons with Educational Institutions Committee. Wendy Tompson, CPA, CGMA, a transportation
accounting manager for Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores in Oklahoma City, will serve on the Student Recruitment Committee. Tompson, a member for six years, is a 2016 OSCPA Trailblazer and is currently serving on the Accounting Careers Committee. Jimmy J. Williams, CPA, PFS, CFP, the founder and
president of Compass Capital Management in McAlester, will serve on the National Accreditation Commission. Williams is a past chairman of the OSCPA and a 2007 inductee in the Oklahoma Accounting Hall of Fame. He is the 2008 Public Service Award recipient and the 2016 Outstanding Member in Financial Planning Award recipient.

City, a 100% VIP organization, named Christopher D. Heim, CPA, a partner of the firm. Heim has been an OSCPA member for seven years and currently serves on the Governmental Accounting & Auditing committee. Kelley J. Grace, CPA, and Anita Holloway, CPA, were

listed on the Journal Record’s 2019 list of 50 Making a Difference. Grace, a tax partner for Eide Bailly LLP in Norman, a 100% VIP company, has been an OSCPA member for 18 years. She is a 2012 OSCPA Trailblazer, a 2013 Silver Pen Award winner and is currently an OSCPA Director at Large. Holloway, a partner for Ernst & Young LLP in Tulsa, has been an OSCPA member for 25 years and previously chaired the OSCPA’s Accounting Careers and Ballot Committees.
Peters & Chandler, a 100% VIP organization, hired Sarah Chapman, CPA, as a tax senior. Chapman has been a member of
the OSCPA for three years. HoganTaylor in Oklahoma City,
a 100% VIP organization, promoted Paige Buxton Graham, CPA, and Crystal Stasyszen, CPA, to tax managers. Graham has been a member of the OSCPA for five years. Stasyszen has also been
a member for five years and is a 2019 OSCPA Trailblazer. Additionally, Tanner Coburn, CPA, was promoted to assurance senior. Coburn has been a member almost a year. HoganTaylor in Tulsa, a 100% VIP company, promoted Logan Magil, CPA and Mickey Peercy, CPA, to assurance seniors. Magill and Peercy have been members of the OSCPA for a year. Disciplined Investments LLC, a
registered investment adviser and subsidiary of HoganTaylor LLP, has added an additional investment advisor representative, Annie Tran, CPA, to its wealth management team. Tran has been a member of the
OSCPA for 14 years and is a 2015 OSCPA Trailblazer.
