O n Thursday March 8th sessions for 2018.

The topic was “You Make the Call.” Every manager knows the number of decisions that need to be made on a daily basis. What tools can be used to help make the right call?

Attorney Jeffery Beaumont, Esq., CCAL of Beaumont Tashjian, served as the facilitator for this interactive group session. Managers were divided randomly into nine groups, in an effort to get new ideas and new perspectives on decision making. Various scenarios were presented to each table of managers and who were asked how they would solve a problem. Mr. Beaumont then conducted a discussion as to if the decision that was made was the “right call.”

The turnout of this twice-a-year event contin- ues to grow. Managers do receive educational credit, breakfast, networking with others. This is the best deal in town.

Thank you to the managers in attendance and the sponsors for this event. Our next event will be in the fall of this year, details on the chapter website. 
