ll MDA members are invited to attend the House meetings, and during the
Reference Committee Hearings, any member may present testimony on a resolution. The House is a forum for delegates from each component society to hear and debate each resolution, amend if desired, and vote on its passage or defeat. In addition to voting on resolutions, including the dues and forthcom- ing year’s budget, the House is the venue for election of the Associa- tion’s officers (see page 42).
