Stan Hite (Chair), Guy Deyton, Jim Hobbs, David Johnson and Ken Weinand for their selection of great Winter Session speakers! » Dr. Katie Hotaling (St. Louis new dentist) who graciously taught a Yoga Class (the fi rst at an MDA Winter Session) at 6:30 on Saturday morning, to help attendees start the day! » Dr. Rob Tait (Greater Kansas City President) who after winning the MDA Foundation 50/50 Cash Raffl e, donated his winnings back to the Foundation. Thanks to all who purchased tickets, close to $300 was raised.

Barbara Bancroft, RN, MSN, PNP provided two courses at Winter Session: “What’s New in the World of Infectious” Diseases and “Shampoos Tattoos and Barbecues, which focused on current issues in the world of infectious diseases and trends observed including global warming and travel, bioterrorism, food-borne illnesses, and infectious agents, and their relationship to acute and chronic disease. Her courses were packed and resulted rave reviews—some saying it was the best CE course they had ever attended!


In addition to MDIS being the Diamond sponsor for Winter Session, its staff was on hand to visit with attendees about their products and services.
