Now that Downtown Programs is its own committee, Megan has taken on the responsibility as co-chair and is working very hard to develop programs and make CAI known in the city. She is dedicated and helps see the programs through from beginning to end. She meets deadlines, has been a great leader and helps direct the committee in the right direction.

She immediately stepped up to help with several projects including ordering of committee shirts, creating a picture slide show for the networking reception, and has also attended extra meetings to view halls whenever needed. She attends scheduled meetings and is always contributing ideas to improve the Conference & Exposition. Toni shows great potential for future leadership as a CAI volunteer.
