How do you measure success?


Some people think that titles represent success. Others believe that the most successful organizations are those that grow exponentially each year. There are many interpretations of what success really is. In order to measure success, you need to start with a goal. This goal must be written, measurable, timely & achievable. CAI Illinois with its board of directors, staff and volunteers set goals each

year to provide resources that will enrich the lives of the residents, community volunteers, and professionals that represent community association living.


For many years, the CAI Illinois Board and its members have considered a formal education program geared specifically towards Community Association Board Members and Homeowners. Each year, CAI Illinois hosts more than 50 programs, many of them educational, some social and nearly every one of them are networking focused.
