ROBERT A. TRAVIS, CIRMS formed Risk Management Matters, LLC (RMM) in April of 2019 to address a void in the availability of consultants within the community association industry for insurance and risk management issues. Prior to forming RMM Robert held the positions of Vice President, Director of Marketing, National Marketing Director and Regional Marketing Director for Community Association Underwriters (CAU) over a 24 year period. In total he now draws of over 43 years of experience in the commercial insurance industry. Mr. Travis is a past president of CAI’s Keystone Chapter.


RICK GRIMALDI, ESQ. is a partner in the Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. offices of Fisher Phillips. Mr. Grimaldi is the author of FLEX; A Leader’s Guide to Staying Nimble and Mastering Transformative Change in the Workplace. Based on his thirty years of working with employers large and small, Rick’s seminal work provides a blueprint For all employers to successfully navigate the incredible changes occurring in the workplace that impact everything from hiring to terminations, and all the issues that occur in between.
