Horror Stories Virtual or not, community association elections and annual meetings can be pretty scary sometimes. Neighbors running against each other for the board. Irate owners questioning the budget and assessment increases. Public forums run amok! Share your annual meeting horror stories in small group sharing sessions, then share your best story with the audience. The best horror story will win a Halloween themed gift basket!

This advanced breakout session is for more seasoned managers who have a working knowledge of community association collections. Michelle Stranen, Esq. and Jonathan Katz, Esq. will discuss collection topics including foreclosure, bankruptcy, obtaining and collecting judgments on that difficult owner, and how the pandemic has affected all of the above. And not to worry, we will cover the laws on both sides of the river (PA & NJ).
