CONGRATULATIONS TO CAI’S NEW & RENEWING GOLD STAR COMMUNITIES!


CAI presented its newest batch of Gold Star ® Community Recognition Awards, sponsored by The Davey Tree Expert Company, at the 2020 Parking Lot Party Annual Meeting & Awards event on December 2, 2020 in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.


CAI’s Gold Star Community program recognizes those communities that work hard to develop and maintain standards, encourage community participation, maintain fiscal stability and positively impact the quality of life for residents.


Homeowners and managers alike believe this program is an excellent way to evaluate policies and procedures, and assure that their community operates within basic industry standards.


Applications received between August 1 and October 1, 2020 were reviewed by the Gold Star Community Recognition Committee, chaired by Lisa Albert from Smith Insurance Associates.

Community associations that maintain membership in the chapter will be recognized as a Community of Excellence, provided they meet the following standards for recognition:


 The community is a Gold Star Community


 Each member of the community association board has attended the CAI Board Leadership Development Workshop once during their term of service.


 The community association is managed by a CAI credentialed manager (CMCA, AMS, LSM, or PCAM).
