What the heck are you doing here?


Don’t take that headline the wrong way. I’m glad you’re a member. In fact, I’d like you to think back to the time you decided to join CAI and think about the reasons why you joined.


Managers likely joined for access to continuing education, learning opportunities on how to better manage your communities, career advancement and networking with your colleagues in the profession.


Homeowner leaders joined because you want to learn how to govern your community, understand the legal and financial obligations of your position, interact with other homeowner leaders and meet the professionals you need to keep your community a desired place to live.


Business partners – let’s be honest. You joined to do business with managers and homeowner leaders! Its okay to say it out loud!


So, none of the above has changed. CAI still offers tons of ways for all members to accomplish what you came here for. Just because it is all virtual now, doesn’t mean you cannot interact, or learn, or


generate leads, or continue benefiting from this great organization in all the ways you’re used to.


Things will be virtual for a little while longer. So use that time well! Check out our website, our online community, our virtual events, and virtual ways to network and stay connected. It’s all still there, it’s just presented a bit differently right now.


And when the time is right, and that time will be soon, I look forward to seeing our members do what they do best — meet, network, and make personal connections.
