Accelerated Cooking Products ACP, Inc., a maker of specialty ovens and microwaves and a FEDA manufacturer member, announced that Lawrence Parks has joined the sales team as director-sales, eastern region. He will be responsible for commercial microwave and high- speed oven sales activity in designated eastern region domestic markets. Parks will report to Greg Stak, vice president of sales. Parks is an accomplished business development professional and 30-year culinarian with a wealth of industry sales experience. For the previous nine years, he served at Welbilt as business development chef, where he was responsible for regional combi oven and speed oven sales within multiple Welbilt brands. Prior to that, he held executive corporate chef positions within many foodservice facets including fine dining, casual dining, healthcare, higher education, and B&I, where he played an instrumental role in their sales and business development initiatives.

Alto-Shaam Alto-Shaam, a FEDA manufacturer member, has hired John Ulrich as vice president of national accounts. In his new position, Ulrich will be responsible for the strategic development and tactical execution of Alto-Shaam’s targeted regional and national chain and multi-unit account growth. Additionally, he will focus on delivering growth through selling the existing portfolio and supporting the chain requirements for customization of Alto-Shaam products in conjunction with product management, engineering, and marketing. Prior to joining Alto- Shaam, Ulrich worked as vice president of key accounts for Rational, where he was responsible for developing and implementing strategies to lead key account development in the United States and Canada. “We are extremely pleased to welcome John to Alto-Shaam,” said Lucy McQuillan, executive vice president of global sales. “With more than 25 years of industry experience, John has a proven track record of leading key accounts

Glueck joins ITW Food Equipment Group after serving as executive vice president and CEO North America for Rational Cooking Systems since 2014. Before Rational, Glueck was president, CEO, and a board member at WMF Americas.


Oswalt Restaurant


Supply Oswalt Restaurant Supply announced that Jim Oswalt stepped down as the company’s president on Jan. 1, 2020. He will remain active as vice president and continue serving on the Board of Directors. Huff Harper, who previously served as vice president, has assumed the role of president and CEO. “Huff Harper joined us over 25 years ago, later became a shareholder, then vice president of operations, managing the company over the last 10 years,” Oswalt said. “With his expertise in the industry and in-depth understanding of our company, Huff is the right leader to execute its strategy.” Oswalt Restaurant Supply thanked Oswalt for his
