music blaring in the back of a tailgate and fans of all ages surround- ing your venue, it is the walk to the show that people become excited for. When was the last time you watched people walk to your venue and observed their emotions and not just observing a line build? Today, it is more than just the show that venues host. There are

Ask yourself, what do you do to prepare for the walk? Our team members are the heart and breath of our venues, the

ones we rely on to create memories for our fans and to ensure they feel safe and secure. Having the right protocols, policies and technol- ogy are important; however, they won’t be successful without your team members. How to do you train your team? Do you focus solely inside of your venue or do you have team members that are posi- tioned strategically outside to create the sense of comfort for fans as they are walking to the show?               
