CEO’S LETTER

YOUR NEW NALP WEBSITE IS HERE A

s an association, our goal is to take care of you, our landscape professional members.

Sabeena Hickman CAE, CEO NALP

We want to connect with you and connect you with your peers; help you feel like you belong in this industry; and provide value for you, your employees and your business. To do that, we need to constantly adapt to your changing needs to remain relevant. One of the ways we’re doing that is through our

new website, www.landscapeprofessionals.org, which launched in mid-February.

Our popular blog has also received a much-needed facelift, enabling you to sign up for weekly updates and access the articles that matter most to you through smart topic filters. Weekly articles will focus on employee issues, sales and marketing issues, industry trends, landscape profes- sional challenges and solutions, and inside looks at how members are running their businesses. Going forward, we will continue to commu- nicate regularly through our blogs and resource pages, providing new articles, research and reports. We’re really proud of our new website. We

feel it will create the experience you’re looking for when you pay us a visit. Check out the new website here—www.landscapeprofessionals.org— and let us know what you think.

Our new website boasts a clean design and

intuitive and consistent site-wide navigation with improved menu functionality that directs you to the information most relevant to you. It is also fully responsive with mobile devices, making it easy to navigate on a wide range of web browsers and portable devices. Through our new visual-focused design, we are striving to clearly and effectively showcase who we are as an association, what our members do and the value you provide to your customers and communities every day. Also, we know you’re busy. We worked hard to improve user experiences on everything from reading content to logging in to access member- ship resources to purchasing books to registering for events. We also know you want to perfect and build

your business. We’ve introduced a range of new content to the website to help you do that, including a toolkit page that hosts a library of safety guides, business resources and technical tips designed to help you make the right decisions to run and grow your business.
